A Message From Pastor Brian...
As CB America president Dennis Gorton says, 'It's all about Him (Jesus), it's not about us". At Unadilla Baptist Church we are seeking to lift up Jesus Christ in a way that draws people to Him. Jesus said 'I am the way the truth and the life' (John 14:6).

   We are convinced that relationship with Him alone is the answer to the deep longing of our hearts, like our longing for: God; Identity and Purpose; Community; Forgiveness; and Eternity. We're not about religion, but about relationship with God. We are committed to a growing 'Great Commandment' passion (Mark 12:30,31) of loving God with everything we are and loving other people like we love ourselves.

    We are committed to a 'Great Commission' (Matthew 28:19,20) focus of making disciples of Jesus who can make disciples of others. We have good news to share of forgiveness, peace, joy and new life both today and in eternity that can be found in a relationship with Christ. Our worship service is informal with contemporary and some traditional music. We seek to explain the powerful truth of the Bible that is extremely relevant for our lives today.

    Our Lighthouse Ministry small groups are key for building real community with others so we can grow and help each other along this journey of life. We desire to serve, pray for and minister to the needs of people in our community through ministries to children, youth, a community kitchen, and adult education. We also have opportunities for believers to use their gifts and resources to make an eternal impact in the lives of others.

   We are a relaxed family of imperfect people, coming as we are, to know Christ and asking His Spirit to transform our lives.
